If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. The Sam Varghese Foundation only grants use and access of this website and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

2. Patient Support Programs & Application Rules

We offer various support programs (including financial transport vouchers, prescription support, and counseling). By applying for these programs:

• You agree that all information provided in your application is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Aid is subject to verification of medical records, eligibility criteria, and availability of foundation funds.
• The foundation reserves the right to deny assistance or request additional verification at any time.

3. Donations & Refund Policy

All donations made to the Sam Varghese Foundation are voluntary and help support patient relief and education programs.

• The Sam Varghese Foundation is a registered tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).
• Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe an error was made during a transaction, please contact us within 15 days of the contribution.

4. Intellectual Property

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of the Sam Varghese Foundation, including all copyrights, trademarks, graphics, website text, and designs. You agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute our intellectual property in any way.

5. Changes & Disclaimers

We reserve the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes by updating the last modified date.
